Locklamp shop, uniquely designed task lights for home and office with wall lights to suit any decor.

These lights grew out of collaborations with Nick Grant. Colin and Nick first worked together in 2006 to design and manufacture a range of lighting solutions for the Stirling Sustainability Award winning Upper Twyford Barn for Architects Architype. Over the years they have collaborated on a number of projects and toyed with various ideas for ultimate lamp designs.

Working with passive house engineer Nick Grant Elemental Solutions we have created an exciting new range of lights for the home and office. Recent projects include desk lighting for the Master's House council offices in Ledbury and wall lights that can suit any decor.

After many drawings, much discussion and a few prototypes the classic Locklamp structure won hands down for simplicity, function and looks to support this beautiful shade. Perfect for reading above an armchair or sofa, the shade adjusts to spread or concentrate the light depending on what is needed.

Maximum height 190 cm, reach 90cm and shade varies from 46cm to 32cm. A larger version is also available at 250cm height and 140cm reach with the larger maxi shade. Red woven or Black PVC cable supplied but other colours are available please message on the contact page for options.

Maximum 20W LED or energy saving bulb. LED bulb supplied with the lamp, if ordered from this website.

Lights come with a standard E27 lamp holder and UK plug but can also be wired for Euro and American bulbs and plugs if needed.

Postage and packaging to the U.K. is free, except Northern Ireland. As all work is made to order, delivery is 2 to 3 weeks after placing the order. We also ship worldwide, please send details on the contact page for a quotation.
