Delivery
Delivery is included in the price for most areas of the U.K. however there is a surcharge of £8 for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
Most items are made to order and the delivery times on these will be within two to three weeks.
All items are sent via APC couriers for next day delivery which need someone to sign for delivery or to be left in a safe place.
Returns
We really hope that you will be perfectly happy with your purchases, but if your item is not suitable or isn't how you imagined it would be, then we can offer a full refund.
Please return your item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days to: Colin Chetwood, 6 the Grove, Brampton Abbotts, Ross on Wye, HR9 7JH
Items returned to us after 14 days will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will refund with the original payment method used for purchase as soon as we receive the returned item(s). The refund will include the full value of the item(s) returned, but will exclude any original delivery charges, and the charges you incur when returning the item(s) to us. Please allow 2/3 business days for the refunded amount to go into your bank account.
Please note that this service is not available on specially commissioned items.
If your item(s) have arrived damaged or faulty please let us know within 2 days as the courier will not refund after this time. If the packaging is damaged please send us images and retain it for inspection by the courier. The item may need to be returned to us for inspection and repair. Depending on your preference we will either offer a replacement or a full refund. We will also refund the costs incurred when posting the item(s) back to us.
Repairs & Replacement Parts:
Over time, it is completely natural that you may accidentally damage or break your items. Depending on the item, there may be an option to have it repaired or a part replaced for instance if your paper shade has a slight tear I can send you a repair kit free of charge. Do get in touch with us via our contact page if this happens and we will look into it for you. There will be a charge for more complex repairs/replacements.
