Locklamp shop, uniquely designed task lights for home and office with wall lights to suit any decor.

These lights grew out of collaborations with Nick Grant. Colin and Nick first worked together in 2006 to design and manufacture a range of lighting solutions for the Stirling Sustainability Award winning Upper Twyford Barn for Architects Architype. Over the years they have collaborated on a number of projects and toyed with various ideas for ultimate lamp designs.

Working with passive house engineer Nick Grant Elemental Solutions we have created an exciting new range of lights for the home and office. Recent projects include desk lighting for the Master's House council offices in Ledbury and wall lights that can suit any decor.

LOCKLAMP DUO

The classic Locklamp system has been pared back to an ultra elegant bracket with an ingenious friction ring holding the lamp in place but also allowing for easy adjustment. Two shades gives double the illumination between chairs or behind a sofa operated, for ease of use, with one foot switch. Birch ply shades, stainless steel stem and brackets with a solid block of douglas fir for the base.

Also available with one, ‘ Uno shade and clear flex with Bakelite switched lamp holders or chrome lamp holders with red woven flex, as pictured.

Height 150cm and base 24cm square.
